what this quote means is that you will one day understand that you will have to stand up to say no, to understand the truth, and do what is right. these do help you live a life that shows integrity. if you choose not to do any of those three your life can only end to jail. for example say that your friend asked you to steal something say no because if choose to do it you will pay the price
