What the quote means is that if you recreate yourself as a good person then you won't have to worry about doing anything write you'll just do good because doing good is all that matters

It is true that when you do good you feel good and when you do bad you feel bad and it's because good people will feel bad because it's not fair for others that were treated badly. Ive done bad things and of course i felt bad because it wasnt the right thing
